Who we are
Rix Energy is a B2B commercial and supply partner for biomass pellet deliveries in Europe. For privacy matters, contact info@rixenergy.eu.
What data we receive
Through the contact form, request-for-quote (RFQ) form and document-request form you may submit company and contact details such as name, email, phone, company name, country, city and message content, plus technical request details (product, volume, packaging, etc.).
How data is processed
Submitted form data is sent by email via a configured SMTP server so the Rix Energy team can respond to your request.
If a CRM webhook is configured, data may also be forwarded to an external processor (processor TBD in configuration). Without that configuration, no webhook is used.
Analytics are loaded and used only after you grant consent in the cookie banner. Without consent we do not send optional analytics events.
Theme preference (light/dark) may be stored in the browser (localStorage) to remember your choice.

We process personal data to respond to your B2B enquiry, prepare a commercial offer and communicate with your organisation. Analytics — only with consent — help us understand site usage without sending name, email, phone or similar identifying fields.
